What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of https://www.eeatmedia.com. They do not govern any work we do for you. Every engagement is covered by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement wins.

Who we are

This website is operated by EEAT Media. You can contact us at hello@eeatmedia.com.

Using this site

You may read, print and share the content here for your own business purposes, including taking our published methods to another supplier — we publish them so they can be compared. You may not republish substantial parts of this site as your own, use it to train a system that reproduces it competitively, scrape it in a way that degrades the service for others, or attempt to break into any part of it.

Content and accuracy

We write the content here carefully and correct it when it is wrong. But it is general information about how we work, not advice for your specific situation, and search engines, advertising platforms and the law all change faster than any website. Do not treat anything here as a substitute for advice on your actual circumstances.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee of any result, or a commitment to take on work. Any proposal we make will be in writing and will say so.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and marks referred to anywhere on this site — including Google, Meta and any other platform, product or company we mention — belong to their respective owners. We refer to them descriptively to explain what we do. Their use does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any of them.

No affiliation with Google

EEAT Media is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by or connected to Google LLC. Our name refers to E-E-A-T — Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust — a concept Google describes publicly in its Search Quality Rater Guidelines. We adopted it as a standard to hold ourselves to. That is the entire extent of the relationship.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, it is because we think the destination is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the site up but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which EEAT Media is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
