AI UGC & Product Video

Creative volume without a production schedule.

Creative is the main lever left in paid social, and the constraint is almost always volume. You need enough genuinely different variants to learn which message works, and traditional production cannot produce them at the rate testing consumes them.

AI-generated UGC and product video solves the volume problem. It also creates a disclosure problem, an authenticity problem and a brand-safety problem, and we would rather talk about those upfront than after a campaign goes wrong.

What it covers

The work itself. Not a list of adjectives — the things that actually get done.

Message and hook architecture

Before generating anything we decide what is being tested. Ten variants of the same idea teach you nothing; five genuinely different claims teach you which claim works.

AI UGC creator video

Synthetic presenter footage in the testimonial and talking-head formats that perform in feed, produced across demographics, settings and scripts.

AI product video

Product-in-context footage, lifestyle scenes and motion treatments generated from your existing product photography, without a studio booking.

Script and hook variants

The first two seconds decide the result. We write and test hooks systematically rather than generating one script and varying the visuals around it.

Localisation

Language variants, subtitle burn-in and market-appropriate presenters. This is where AI production is dramatically cheaper than reshooting.

Format and aspect delivery

Vertical, square and landscape cuts at platform specification, with sound-off legibility treated as the default rather than an afterthought.

Disclosure and compliance

Platform AI-content labelling, advertising-standards compliance, and clear internal rules about what synthetic footage may and may not depict. Undisclosed synthetic testimonials are a legal and reputational problem, not a growth tactic.

Real UGC where it beats synthetic

Sometimes a genuine customer video outperforms anything generated, by a wide margin. We will tell you when that is the case and help you source it instead.

Performance feedback loop

Results from the paid accounts feed the next generation batch, so production is driven by what actually converted rather than by what looked good internally.

How we do it

Method, in the order it happens.

You can judge an agency on its process before you have any results to judge it on. That is the point of publishing this.

  1. Decide what is being tested

Variants are assigned to distinct claims drawn from the messaging hierarchy. Without that, you generate volume and learn nothing from it.

  2. Set the disclosure rules first

What the synthetic footage may depict, how it is labelled, and what claims it may never make. Agreed before production, in writing.

  3. Produce in batches

Enough variants per test cycle to reach significance on the platform, rather than a trickle that never resolves.

  4. Cut for sound-off

Most of the feed watches without audio. Subtitles, on-screen claims and visual pacing are designed for that case first, with sound as the upgrade.

  5. Test the hook independently

Same body, different first two seconds. Hook performance and message performance are separate variables and mixing them makes results unreadable.

  6. Feed the winners back

Winning claims become the seed for the next batch. Losing ones are retired with a note on why, so nobody re-tests them in six months.

  7. Know when to use real people

In some categories authenticity is the whole product and synthetic footage underperforms. We would rather hand that budget to genuine creator sourcing than defend a format.

What you keep

Deliverables that remain yours whether or not we continue.

  • Every generated asset, in every aspect ratio, delivered as source files
  • The full script and hook variant library, including losers
  • A written disclosure and compliance policy for synthetic creative
  • Performance results mapped to the specific claim each variant tested
  • Localised and subtitled versions produced during the engagement
  • A prioritised message list for the next production cycle

When this is the wrong service

We would rather say this now than three months in.

  • You want synthetic footage presented as a real customer testimonial. We will not produce that — it is deceptive and in many markets unlawful.
  • The category depends on visible authenticity, where audiences reliably detect and punish synthetic creative.
  • You need a single hero brand film. That is a production company job and they will do it better.
  • There is no paid budget to test against. Without a feedback loop this is just content generation.
  • Your product requires precise physical accuracy that current generation cannot reliably render.

Before you commit to anything

We publish how we work, what we will not claim, and how an engagement runs, so you can judge us on method rather than on adjectives.

Questions

About AI UGC & Product Video.

Generally yes, with disclosure requirements that differ by platform and by market, and they are changing frequently. What is not allowed anywhere is presenting synthetic footage as a genuine customer testimonial. We set the disclosure rules in writing before production and keep them current.

Tell us what is actually stuck.

No proposal until we understand the problem. If this is not the right service for it, we will say so.
