We are a new agency, and we are going to keep saying so.

EEAT Media builds brands and then grows them. This page covers what we do, how we work, and what we have not earned the right to claim yet.

Why we exist

The gap we kept seeing. Businesses buying channels, one at a time, from people who never asked what the brand was for.

An SEO agency optimises for search. A paid agency optimises for ROAS. A social agency optimises for engagement. Each does its job competently and the business ends up with four confident, contradictory versions of itself.

Meanwhile the thing that actually compounds — being the company people think of first, search for by name, and choose when something cheaper is sitting right next to it — belongs to nobody, because it is not a channel and does not report a weekly number.

EEAT Media exists to own that layer, and then to run the channels underneath it so they say the same thing. We are not the cheapest way to buy any single channel, and if a single channel is genuinely all you need, we will say so.

What we believe

Four positions we actually hold.

Brand is a growth channel, not a design project

Positioning changes what you buy, what you write and what you measure. Treating it as a logo exercise is how it ends up owned by nobody and followed by no one.

You should be able to audit us

Every link with its sourcing. Every change with a date. Every failed test in the report alongside the ones that worked. If you cannot check our work, you are trusting a vibe.

Saying no is part of the service

Every service page on this site has a section on when that service is the wrong answer. Agencies that can sell you anything will.

You own everything

Ad accounts, source code, creative, documentation, credentials. If leaving us would be technically painful, we have built you a dependency, not an asset.

Being straight about it

What we have not earned yet.

Our name commits us to a standard about Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust. Here is our own honest scorecard against it.

The full version of this argument

No published case studies

We will publish them when we have results we can evidence and clients who have agreed in writing to be named. Not before.

No client logos

Using a client's mark without documented permission is a trademark problem and a trust problem. The section exists on this site and stays empty until it is real.

No partner badges

Google Partner and equivalents are publicly verifiable directories with real thresholds. We will show them when we hold them and you can check.

No star ratings

You will not find a review rating on this site, now or later. Ratings belong on platforms where the reviewer is verified and we cannot edit them.

How we write and check

Our editorial standard, in three sentences.

Everything published here is written by someone who does the work, not by a content team describing a service they have never delivered.

Claims that can be checked are checked before publishing, and anything we are uncertain about is written as uncertain rather than rounded up into confidence.

When something turns out to be wrong we correct the page and change the date, rather than quietly editing it and leaving the original timestamp in place.

We have deliberately not published a formal editorial policy page. A documented multi-stage review process with no second reviewer would be theatre. When there is a real editorial team, there will be a real policy.

Before you commit to anything

We publish how we work, what we will not claim, and how an engagement runs, so you can judge us on method rather than on adjectives.

Judge us on method, for now.

It is the only fair basis available for a new agency, and it is the basis we would want to be judged on anyway.
